Bytemarks presents: eCommerce and Social Media - Using the web to engage your customer (This workshop is sponsored by High Tech Development Corporation - HTDC)

Objective: Participants in the workshop will have the opportunity to create an online presence, understand how to develop and sustain a community, and to apply the various new media and social networking tools available to deliver a message. These tools can increase sales and expand their business opportunities beyond conventional e-commerce. Attendees will leave the workshop with their own blog and be able to maintain their own website.

Workshop length: 2 Saturdays in Feb 2009 (2/21/09 and 2/28/09), 9:00am – 12:00 noon
